AI generation prices are quoted for the Balanced model tier (×1.0; ×1.2 on OpenAI). Workspaces can switch to a faster, cheaper model (down to ×0.4) or to a higher-quality model (up to ×3.5) — the final cost is the base price multiplied by the chosen model's multiplier, rounded up to the nearest 0.1 credit.

Per-seat pricing taxes you for headcount you already pay salaries for. Credits are charged per change instead: adding an employee, running a 360 cycle, generating a competency framework. Reads are free, and AI work costs more than a plain edit. A small team that changes a lot and a large team that mostly reads pay something close to fair.
Reading keeps working. Actions that cost credits are blocked until the free credits top back up on the 1st of the month, or until you buy a credit pack. Nothing expires: free credits are topped back up to 2,000 rather than added on top, and paid credits stay until you spend them.
By invoice for now. Request a pack on the Billing page in your workspace; we send an invoice, and the credits land once it is paid. Online payment comes later.
Both run the same AGPLv3 core. There is no one-click workspace export yet: the public REST API reads your data, and assessments and recruitment export to XLSX.
The product is the same: competencies, 360s, development plans, career paths, exams and AI generation. Self-hosted, you run the infrastructure and bring your own model keys. On the Cloud we host and back it up, and you pay in credits.
