Build your verified AI Fluency profile. Make your AI skills portable across employers.
The Hoffman Three Levels framework. Verified by external experts. Public, shareable, yours.
One framework. Three levels. Behavioural — not vibes.
Reid Hoffman's Three Levels of AI Fluency map fluency to specific behaviours, not adjectives. The same framework powers the team and company AI Maturity Index inside HRPulsar — your individual score is built on the same scale your future employer will measure.
Basic
0–3
- Voice mode for chat assistants
- Role-prompting: assigning a persona to the AI
- AI-first web research instead of search
Middle
4–7
- Persistent agents (Claude Projects, custom GPTs)
- AI embedded in recurring work — reports, screening, briefs
- AI grounded in your own data sources
Advanced
8–10
- Multi-agent orchestration with hand-offs
- Cross-run pattern analysis — agents reviewing agents
- Live external integrations, not just chat context
A standalone /methodology/ai-fluencydeep-dive, with citations to Reid Hoffman's original framework, lands in the next landing release.
One stable URL. Verified evidence. Yours, not your employer's.
When HRPulsar Personal launches, your profile lives at hrpulsar.com/p/{handle} — independent from any single employer. The mockup below is the page we're building.

Four verification sources. One signed badge.
Every claim on your profile carries a breakdown of which sources backed it. The badge is cryptographically signed — claims can be audited, not just trusted.
Self-assessment
Your starting point. Honest self-report against the Hoffman framework, surfaced in your profile.
External expert review
Invite a peer or mentor. They validate specific claims through an open-access flow — no account required.
AI challenge
Practical tasks scored by an AI judge against rubric-style criteria. Generates evidence, not just opinions.
Practical exam
Optional structured exam for high-stakes claims. The badge breakdown shows exactly which sources backed each level.
Where are you on the scale? Ten questions.
Self-assessment. Behavioural markers from the Hoffman framework. Computed entirely in your browser — no account, no save. You'll get a level, a 0–10 score, and three concrete next moves.
Reserve your verified profile.

Common questions.
When is HRPulsar Personal launching?+
After Phase R (Recruiting) ships and Phase IL begins. Realistically: late 2026. The waitlist gets first access — and a discount on credits — when it opens.
Why credit-based instead of a monthly subscription?+
You only pay for what you actually do — running an AI challenge, requesting an external review, generating a profile snapshot. No flat monthly fee for sitting on a profile you barely touch.
How does external expert verification work?+
You invite a peer or mentor by email. They follow a one-time link, see the specific claim and evidence, and either confirm, partially confirm, or reject. The review and reviewer's identity are recorded in your badge breakdown — no account needed on their side.
Will my data move with me if I change employer?+
Yes. The profile is yours, signed cryptographically, and lives on a stable URL. Verification history travels with you — the whole point is that an AI Fluency level should outlast a single job.
