You might argue that there are plenty of “quick” HR apps. That’s true - but most are small, single-purpose tools built around one or two features. They can’t cover the full range of HR needs; for example, they may only provide a quick analysis of uploaded resumes.

When to choose each:
Choose BambooHR if you need deep integrations, you're 100+ people, you have an HR team.
Gusto if payroll is your main pain, you want all-in-one, you're <100 people.
HR Pulsar if you're 10-200 people, you want simple, you care about hiring + skills, you like trying things fast. As I said at the start - pick based on your main pain.
