The big one this release: recruiting that talks to the rest of the platform. Vacancies now inherit competences from your grade matrix instead of starting from a blank job description.

Plus per-indicator calibration in 360 reviews, lifecycle notifications, and the radar chart on the employee profile is finally gone.

Shipped this week

Recruiting — the vacancy pack

Vacancies pull positions, specialisation + grade pairs, and divisions from your company library. Grade matrices seed required competences. AI profile generation reasons over the linked data plus uploaded attachments.

Stops the recruiter from retyping a framework the rest of the platform already maintains.

Per-indicator Total calibration in Assessments

Reviewers pin a Total per indicator instead of rewriting raw scores. The per-competence percent and level inherit the override. A calibrated chip surfaces in the breakdown so the audit trail stays one click away.

Built for the moment a reviewer wants to fold qualitative judgement into a quantitative report without overwriting respondent answers.

Assessment lifecycle email + in-app notifications

Per-role emails on Sent, late-add, Done, and on every cancellation path. The same events surface in the in-app bell.

Helps if your respondents stop noticing the assessment after day one.

Talent Market match drawer and colour-coded Match cell

Click the Match number to see the Required competencies + Experience breakdown. Cells colour-coded by qualifying / comp-only / exp-only / rest. Match% is inline-editable on Draft cards.

Now thisworks as two-second triage for a hundred-candidate shortlist.

Employee Competences tab — Current + Other view

The radar chart is gone. In its place: Current position competences (tree, percent from the latest qualifying Done assessment) and Other competences (everything else assessed).

The radar chart was technically pretty and practically unreadable. We're not sentimental.

Working on

A second pass on the recruiting vacancy pack, calibration UX polish from the first week of real use, and a final round on Talent Market display states.
